- Cooperation with academic institutions in the preparation and implementation of academic programs for Master's and doctoral academic
- Cooperation with academic institutions in the preparation and implementation of programs for Master's and doctoral - professional
- Preparation and implementation of long-term training programs to obtain a diploma in follow-up and evaluation
- Training courses are conducted by the association directly, or in conjunction with other academic and executive bodies
- Cooperation with academic institutions to prepare a training course on follow-up and evaluation
Raising the competencies and capabilities of evaluation workers is a continuous and sustainable process

- The use of the Arabic language in the dissemination of knowledge and national, regional and international expertise on evaluation (translation-Arabization-authorship)
- Localization of some books on follow-up and evaluation in cooperation with donor institutions
- Preparing a list of books on evaluation suitable for translation into Arabic
- The members of the association write in Arabic about the evaluation and their personal experiences on the website of the association
Support the establishment of a national system for follow-up and evaluation and cooperation with various bodies (especially the parliamentary councils to achieve this)
Activities that can be carried out :
- The Assembly has developed a preliminary concept for the follow-up and evaluation system
- To participate with the concerned ministries / bodies in the development of a proposal for a national system of follow-up and evaluation
- Clarification of the proposed system for members of the representative councils
- Continuous communication with the parliamentary councils to approve the system
The association is a reference center in the national topics of evaluation

- Partnership agreements with regional international organizations
- Establishment of an institutional entity for evaluation societies in the Arab world under the umbrella of the league of Arab states
- Holding training events with regional international organizations
- Holding specialized workshops
- Organizing periodic conferences in partnership with regional and international organizations
Development of the evaluation profession
Activities that can be carried out :
- Setting standards for the practice of the evaluation profession
- Developing a reference catalog and a description of the tasks of those responsible for follow-up and evaluation in various ministries and bodies
- Identify the competencies and skills required to practice the profession of free evaluation
* In the short term during 2024 – 2025 :
1. Holding the tenth meeting and Conference of the Arab Evaluation Network and the first of the Egyptian Evaluation Association (2024)
2. The second conference of the association was held during 2025
3. Reaching an institutional formula with the administration of civil society institutions at the Arab League to register the network as one of the organizations working under the umbrella of the Arab League
